Mayor Caluag cites her admin’s efforts to make CCSFP accessible to Fernandinos

Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag of San Fernando City, Pampanga has underscored the ongoing efforts of her administration to ensure that the City College of San Fernando Pampanga (CCSFP) is accessible to all Fernandinos.

She made the remarks during the CCSFP’s first National Service Training Program (NSTP) Walk for a Cause within the City Civic Center compound in San Isidro on Saturday, June 22.

The first-ever walk aimed to showcase the force and creativity of the Aslag ning Balen (CCSFP students) under the theme: “Lakad para sa Libre and De Kalidad na Edukasyon,” the City Information Office (CIO) said.

It said Caluag lauded the students for their hard work and vowed to deliver on her promise to give every CCSFP student the necessary tools and digital resources to be used for their education and online classes, following her “laptop for all public school teachers” program in the city.

The CCSFP and Barangay Alasas, led by Barangay Captain Erol Pineda, also signed a memorandum of agreement to become partners for the Aslag ning Balen Community Empowerment and Engagement Project, the CIO added.
