Vice Mayor Emmanuel “Bon” Alejandrino of Arayat, Pampanga passed away on Saturday, June 29. He was 73.
The municipal government of Arayat, on its Facebook page, announced the death of the vice mayor, the husband of incumbent Arayat Mayor Maria Lourdes Alejandrino.
It described Alejandrino as a dedicated public servant “whose commitment to the community was unwavering.
“His contributions have left an indelible mark on our town, and his loss is profoundly felt by all who knew him,” the local government said.
Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda extended his condolences to the family, relatives, friends, and constituents of the vice mayor.
“Humihingi po ako ng inyong mga dasal para sa katahimikan ng kanyang kaluluwa. Ipagdasal din po natin si Mayor Madir na buong tatag niyang harapin ang paglisan ng kanyang mahal na kabiyak,” Pineda said.
Alejandrino’s remains lie in state at his residence in Barangay Cupang, Arayat, Pampanga.
