The local government of San Fernando City, Pampanga has received ISO recertification from an external firm, Mayor Vilma B. Caluag said.
The mayor said she received recently the plaque for the ISO 9001:2015 recertification.
“Ang ISO po ay nagpapatunay na iniimplementa po natin nang maayos ang programa at proseso sa Syudad, walang red tape at korapsyon. Kabilang po sa recertified na proseso ang issuance po ng Mayor’s Permit,” she said.
Caluag said the local government underwent rigorous audit and validation before getting the recognition.
“Hindi po natin nakuha ang certification sa isang iglap lang kundi dumaan po tayo sa mahaba at mabusising audit at validation. Hindi man po perpekto ang pangongobyerno natin ngunit tapat po tayo sa pagseserbisyo,” she said.
