Remote Employee’s Varsity Night celebrates growth, gratitude, and the future

Remote Employee (RE) hosted an electrifying Varsity Night at the Clark Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom, marking a celebration of growth and gratitude like no other. What began in 2021 with a modest team of 17 has now blossomed into a thriving community of 400 employees—and the momentum shows no signs of slowing.

“This is a dream come true, and we aim to grow bigger for our kababayans,” shared Ruffy Galang, CEO and co-founder of Remote Employee.

Galang’s vision has always been clear: build an organization that not only supports its clients but also nurtures its people. In honor of their earliest supporters, RE awarded celebratory pins to its pioneering employees, a heartfelt gesture recognizing their loyalty and resilience.

Phil Dillon, Company Director, echoed this sentiment: “Our edge is our people and our culture. We want to create a family-oriented space for employees to bring great results to clients.” The evening was a testament to RE’s employee-centric ethos.

Lively entertainment, delectable food, and engaging games filled the grand ballroom, creating a vibrant atmosphere reflective of the company’s deep-rooted appreciation for its team.

The heart of Filipino culture—known for its warmth and dedication—shone through in every detail. “Maraming salamat—without you guys, we wouldn’t be where we are today,” Galang expressed with pride, underscoring how the commitment of their Kapampangan employees has been pivotal to their success.

Their dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence have set them apart on the global stage.

With exciting development plans underway, including a new hotspot in San Fernando and enhanced internet campaigns, the future looks brighter than ever. “We’re ready to jump in and expand,” Dillon said confidently.

New websites, outreach initiatives, and ambitious growth strategies are already in motion, solidifying RE’s position as a leading force in the BPO industry.

As the night drew to a close, one message was clear: RE isn’t just a company—it’s a family. And with their people at the heart of everything, this family is poised to achieve even greater success in the years ahead.
