Nakipag-usap sa Korean ambassador! Gov Pineda hopes for more investments from S. Korea

Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda has warmly welcomed South Korean Ambassador Lee Sang-hwa at the provincial capitol.

Accompanying the envoy were former president and Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Clark Development Corporation President and CEO Agnes Devanadera.

Pineda said Lee’s visit was about the “development programs and investments” of South Korea in Pampanga.

Pineda posted a video on his Facebook page of the ambassador, who described the strong ties between his country and Pampanga.

Lee said Pampanga serves as a “bridge” between South Korea and the Philippines.

He said the province, particularly Angeles City and Clark, serves as a home for over 15,000 South Koreans.

“Umaasa po ako ng dagdag na investments at trabaho para (sa) mga Kabalen natin,” Pineda said.

Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda was also present during the diplomat’s visit.
