CRK station ng North-South Commuter Railway, 34% complete na

Patuloy ang konstruksyon ng iba’t ibang train station ng North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) ayon sa Department of Transportation (DOTr).

Sa latest update ng kagawaran sa ongoing Public-Private Consultation ng Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (Pamcham) ngayong Martes, March 11 sa Alviera, Porac, Pampanga, inihayag ni Engr. Jon Jon Ebron, MCRP Deputy Project Manager for Construction ng DOTr, na nasa 33.94% na ang completion rate ng Clark International Airport Station ng nasabing railway. 

Umaarangkada na rin aniya ang construction works sa Apalit, Pampanga kung saan 35.71% na ang completion rate nito. 

Ayon pa kay Ebron, nasa 17% na ang nagagawa sa San Fernando Station, 10.27% sa Clark Station, 4.98%, Angeles at 5% naman ang completion rate sa Calumpit Station. 

Ang NSCR Project ay pinondohan ng Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) at Asian Development Bank (ADB) at may haba itong 147 kilometro. Layon nitong pagdugtungin ang byahe mula Clark International Airport hanggang Calamba, Laguna. Kapag natapos na ang proyekto, posible maging isang oras na lamang ang commute mula Clark hanggang Laguna, ayon sa DOTr.

Target naman ng gobyerno na matapos ang NSCR Project sa taong 2028.
