CLARK FREEPORT — Clark is hosting Frontline 2025: Tripartite Medical Simulation Drill for Disaster Risk Mitigation on April 23-24 at the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation’s (PDRF) Emergency Operations Center.

The simulation features a 7.4-magnitude earthquake with its epicenter at Angeles City, Pampanga. It includes scenarios of collapsed buildings, such as a private hospital and medical school, designed to test emergency protocols, strengthen coordination mechanisms for international aid, and improve disaster response efforts.

Representing Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, PMGen. Lina Sarmiento (Ret.), vice president for Security Services, is serving as the incident commander, overseeing the coordinated response to the simulated disaster.

The earthquake simulation drill emphasizes a whole-of-government approach to disaster preparedness. Organized by the Philippine Medical Association, Asia Pacific Alliance for Disaster Management Philippines, and PDRF, the drill fosters collaboration across public and private sectors, government agencies, and international teams to enhance disaster preparedness.
