Building on the momentum of its successful run last 2024, the Foodservice Group (FSG) of Nutriasia, makers of the Philippines’ best condiments and sauces, continued its high impact engagement with food entrepreneurs through its Taste of Success (TOS) event last July 10 at the Hilltop Mimosa Clark in Pampanga.
Nutriasia’s FSG initiated TOS in 2023 as a way of engaging with food entrepreneurs—sharing critical consumer trends, presenting best practices in restaurant operations, and creating a magical venue for business owners, managers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) of the country’s dynamic culinary industry to network and discuss opportunities and innovation.
Nutriasia Foodservice Group Head Leah Barin explained. “We conceptualized TOS as a venue for people passionate about food to look beyond the present and see a future where their businesses thrive through constant innovation, data-informed decisions, and sustainable partnerships.
For this run, the TOS event brought together 257 attendees from around the Metro Clark and surrounding areas, representing 171 accounts.
“It was a very educational and inspirational event. I picked up a lot of great insights and information that can really help my food business. And Chef Sau’s presentation never fails to captivate.” shared one of the attendees.
Like in previous runs of the Taste of Success, Chef Sau shared several recipes that highlighted his culinary genius and the versatility of Nutriasia products. Among those, the recipes he presented were: Nutriasia Mother Sauce by Chef Sau, Boneless Thai-Style Chicken Barbecue, Pulled Pork Buns with coleslaw, and the Sous-vide Pulpo Adobo with Chorizo and Blistered Shishito Peppers.
