CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (PamCham), through its Business Development, Training, and Education Committee, successfully hosted the “Pillars of Leadership Excellence: Leadership Masterclass for Entrepreneurs & Key Business Leaders” at the Carworld Training Room, LausGroup Complex, Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA), City of San Fernando.
Facilitated by Atty. Ran Mendoza with the assistance of Chef Felix Asuncion, the masterclass featured the R.I.S.E workshop, offering participants practical tools and strategies to enhance workplace performance, strengthen team dynamics, and cultivate leadership excellence across all levels of business.
The program aimed to empower Kapampangan entrepreneurs and professionals to RISE ABOVE CHALLENGES by gaining clarity on their purpose and elevating self-awareness about ineffective belief systems, helping them realize the best version of themselves.
