Pampanga Provincial Council OKs 5 resolutions

The Pampanga Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP), led by Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, has approved various resolutions, including the reprogramming of tactical drone procurement.

Pineda presided over the SP’s first regular session for this year on Wednesday, January 14.

At least five important resolutions were approved, the Provincial Information Office (PIO) said. One of them was Resolution No. 568 or the Peace and Order and Anti-Drug Initiatives.

The PIO said the resolution involved the reprogramming of the purchase of tactical drones for a “more effective security and order” in the province.

The other approved proposed resolutions include the Local Development and Investment Program (LDIP) 2026–2028, Rehabilitation and Recovery Plan 2026–2028, Population and Development Initiatives, and Provincial Youth Development Plan (PYDP) 2026–2028.

“Sa unang session pa lamang, malinaw na ang layunin ng Kapitolyo: maayos na pamamahala, matatag na plano, at mas ligtas at maunlad na Pampanga para sa lahat,” the PIO said.
