15 biktima ng illegal surrogacy sa Porac, nasagip

Nasagip ng mga operatiba ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang 15 biktima matapos salakayin ang isang illegal surrogacy agency sa Porac, Pampanga.

Tatlong suspek ang naaresto makaraang mabisto ang modus ng “House of Surrogacy PH” (HOS PH) kasunod ng sumbong ng dating surrogate mother na umano’y nakaranas ng pananamantala.

Batay sa imbestigasyon, nagre-recruit ang grupo ng mga babaeng nahaharap sa matinding problemang pinansyal para maging surrogate mothers o magbuntis kapalit ng pera. Ngunit kalaunan, pupwersahin umano silang isuko ang sanggol at pinepeke pa ang ilang dokumento, kabilang ang birth certificate.

Kinumpirma naman ng Department of Health (DOH) na walang anumang lisensya o accreditation ang sinalakay na ahensya para mag-operate bilang healthcare facility.

Kasalukuyan nang inihahanda ng NBI ang mga kaukulang kasong kriminal laban sa tatlong naarestong suspek.

Samantala, dinala na sa ligtas na pasilidad ang 15 biktima sa tulong ng Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) ng Porac at ng Project Rescue Children. #
