The Angeles City Water District (ACWD) and Hiraya Water Corporation Angeles City are providing relief assistance to 800 families affected by recent flooding in Angeles City and nearby Bacolor, Pampanga.
The three-day relief operation, carrying the theme “Extending a Helping Hand,” started Tuesday, September 8, and will run until September 10.

The organizations are distributing food packs, meals and drinking water as part of the assistance to affected communities.
The relief distribution schedule is as follows:
- September 8: Barangay Anunas, Angeles City
- September 9: Sapangbato and Margot, Angeles City
- September 10: Bacolor, Pampanga
ACWD and Hiraya said the initiative is part of their commitment to support communities beyond the provision of water services, particularly during times of calamity.

The relief effort aims to provide immediate assistance to families affected by the flooding while promoting cooperation and community solidarity.
“Together, we stand with our community in times of need,” the organizations said.
