ANGELES CITY — Savers Industrial and Building Solutions (SIBS) and VNR Construction formalized a Regional Partner Agreement to expand SIBS’ servicing and building solutions across the province of Cavite.
The agreement was signed on behalf of SIBS by Chairman and CEO Jaime “Jack” Uy, President and COO Jansen Ivan Uy, and Executive Vice President Justine Shaun Uy, and on behalf of VNR Construction by President & CEO Engr. Nelson Remulla, Marketing Manager Jose Victor Remulla, and Business Strategist Victor Windsor Remulla.
The signing was witnessed by Dr. Frankie Villanueva, Past President of CILA, together with SIBS heads and managers Engr. Noel Alegre and Engr. Sammy Castro.
Established to provide end-to-end building solutions, SIBS delivers solutions across cooling, refrigeration and ventilation, fire protection, CCTV surveillance, vertical transport, including elevators, escalators and moving walkways, and digital signage.
Meanwhile, VNR Construction, a Cavite-based general contractor established in 1996, provides general building and engineering services, construction management, and various specialty construction solutions.
This partnership brings together complementary expertise and local presence, strengthening access to reliable building solutions for projects across Cavite.
Together, SIBS and VNR Construction look forward to building stronger partnerships, expanding service capabilities, and creating more opportunities for innovation and growth in the region.
