Baler gets recognition for fishery resource conservation

The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region III has recognized Baler, Aurora, for its responsible management and conservation of fishery resources.

The municipal government received a certificate of recognition for being a regional passer in the Fisheries Compliance Audit 2025.

The award was formally given during PAGMAYA 2026, held recently at Royce Hotel Clark, Pampanga.

“Patuloy ang Baler sa pagsusulong ng responsableng pamamahala at pangangalaga sa yamang pangisdaan,” the Baler municipal government said.
