General Manager Malcolm Vince Calingo collaborated with owner and visionary Allan Bituin in crafting the restaurant’s interior design, creating a space that is both pleasing to the eyes and filling to the tummy. With its moving gears, industrial details, and thoughtfully designed furnishings, the restaurant reflects the craftsmanship and creative vision behind the brand.
Located beside More Than A Chair Manufacturing, also owned by Bituin, Fabrika HQ features furniture sourced directly from their own manufacturing facility, giving the space a distinct identity rooted in design and functionality.
But beyond its striking interiors, Fabrika HQ puts its culinary offerings front and center.
Guests can indulge in Fabrika signatures such as okoy, white truffle pasta, pako salad, salted egg wings, kare-kare, pork sisig, pizza negra, and salted egg tilapia, among other flavorful selections curated by Head Chef Tan Yanes.
The experience extends to its refreshing beverage selection, featuring Fabrika Sunset, Hardin Breeze, whisky sour, and cucumber lychee, perfect for leisurely afternoons and evening gatherings.
Right beside the restaurant is Baby HQ, an aesthetically designed coffee shop offering its own cozy atmosphere and signature drinks, including HQ Coffee, dirty horchata, and sea salt coffee.
