AC cops get P100-K from Cong Pogi for swift arrest of 5 thieves

ANGELES CITY – “Ang pagkaaresto ng mga mandurukot na ito, na marami nang nabiktima sa lungsod ay patunay ng inyong walang sawang dedikasyon sa inyong tungkulin na pangalagaan ang kaayusan sa ating komunidad.” 

Thus, Pampanga 1st District Rep. Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. hailed the Angeles City Police Office led by Col. Robert Domingo and awarded P100,000 cash incentive for the arrest of five robbers over a period of three days from Aug. 25 to 27. 

Last month, Lazatin also offered an additional reward of ₱100,000, also personally funded, for the arrest of William Meria Corre, suspect in a series of robbery and sexual harassment incidents in the province.

Corre was arrested on July 9, following a manhunt carried out by the Police Regional Office 3.  

“Mahalagang siguraduhin natin ang kaligtasan ng ating mga residente dito sa Unang Distrito ng Pampanga, at kaantabay natin parati dito ang ating kapulisan,” Lazatin said. Team Lazatin Media
