San Fernando City Mayor Vilma Caluag was the top perfoming mayor in Pampanga.
This was based on the Social Pulse Survey (SPP): Pulso ng Bayan for August 2024 among 2,000 adult respondents.
“Mayor Vilma Caluag of San Fernando City leads with a 92.4% satisfaction rate,” the SPP said.
Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. ranked second with a 91.7 percent rating. Apalit Mayor Jun Tetangco ranked third with 90.3 percent, San Luis Mayor Jayson S. Sagum with 89.8 percent, and Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo with 89.4 percent.
SPP said the Pulso ng Bayan survey aimed to capture the public’s sentiment on the performance of their elected officials, reflecting their perceptions of governance, representation, and service delivery in their communities.
The poll was conducted with a margin of error of ±3 percent and a confidence level of 95 percent.
