MACABEBE, Pampanga — Some 700 patients from Barangay San Esteban here received free medical consultations, medicines, half sacks of rice, hygiene kits, and other health services while 15 patients underwent minor surgical procedures aboard the Capitol’s floating clinic for the removal of lumps or cysts during a medical mission on July 3.
