Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President and Chief Executive Officer (PCEO) Atty. Agnes Devanadera has been chosen as one of the 10 nominees for the 2025 Leadership Award.
The Governance Commission for Government-Owned or -Controlled Corporations (GCG) spearheaded the Leadership Award for outstanding GOCC Board Members.
Devanadera became a nominee for CDC’s “Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS), Business Interdependence System (BIS), and MRO-FAST System.
GCG said through this reform, Devanadera “eliminated bureaucratic friction and elevated CDC’s competitiveness as an investment hub.”
Engr. Joshua Bingcang, PCEO of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), has also become a nominee, specifically for his flagship program, “Acceleration of New Clark City as a Sustainable Urban Hub.”
Kapampangan Mark Lapid, Chief Operating Officer of Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), has also been nominated for the award for his “Tourist Rest Areas (TRA) program.
The other nominees include Marilene Acosta, CEO of the Home Development Mutual Funds of Pag-IBIG Fund for “Pag-IBIG Housing Loan for the Expanded 4PH”; Eva Arcos, Commissioner of the Social Security System (SSS), for “Chairperson of SSS Commission Benefits and Environmental Social, and Governance Oversight Committee”;
Robert Joseph Montes de Claro, SSS PCEO, for “Pension Reform Program”; Michael de Jesus, PCEO of the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), for “DBP Raises PHP 8.25 Billion in Newest Bond Issuance”; Philip Lo, Chairman of the Board of DBP, for “Resources for Inclusive and Sustainable Education (RISE)”;
Diana Pardo-Aguilar, SSS commissioner, for “Chairperson of the Risk Management and Investment Committee (RMIC), Restructured as Investments Oversight Committee (IOC)”; and Melquiades Robles, General Manager of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), for “Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program (MTVDP).”
