Clark Loop highlighted at ULAP forum

QUEZON CITY — Ongoing transport initiatives at the Clark Freeport formed the focal point at a forum organized by the Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP) on March 7 here.

Clark Development Corp. President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera discussed the Clark Loop, a public utility bus transportation system operated by CDC under a special permit. This system provides safe, reliable, and convenient interconnectivity of transport systems to meet the growing passenger demand within the Clark Freeport Zone.

She emphasized integrating modern transport systems into urban planning to enhance connectivity for people, fostering growth, and improving the overall quality of life.

Devanadera also invited attendees to visit Clark, highlighting the area’s ongoing developments and tourist attractions.

Several officials attended the event, including Steve Pastor, Undersecretary for Road and Infrastructure at the Department of Transportation; Alberto Kimpo, assistant city administrator of Quezon City; director Debbie Torres from the Department of Interior and Local Government; and Atty.
