Floridablanca LGU provides layer cages to farmers’ group

The local government of Floridablanca, Pampanga, under the leadership of Mayor Michael L. Galang, has turned over layer cages to a farmers’ group in Barangay San Ramon.

Assistance was given to the San Ramon Mountain View Farmers Association on Tuesday, May 12.

The project was made possible through the Municipal Agroculture Office, in partnership with the Committee Chair on Agriculture, Adonis Magat, and Municipal Agriculturist Mark Marvin A. Mercado.

The municipal Public Information Office (PIO) said the project was part of the local government’s goal to strengthen production and improve farmers’ livelihood, through the use of modernized facilities.

“Asahan ang patuloy na pakikipag-ugnayan ng ating lokal na pamahalaan sa iba’t ibang sektor upang masiguro ang masaganang ani, produktibong paghahayupan, at matatag na kabuhayan para sa lahat ng Floridablancans,” the PIO said.
