Gov Ebdane hails appointment of Peñones as new acting Central Luzon police chief

Zambales Governor Hermogenes Esperon Jr. has welcomed PBGen. Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. on his appointment as the new Acting Regional Director of the Police Regional Office 3.

The formal turnover ceremony was held on Monday, June 23, at the Patrol Hall, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, San Fernando City, Pampanga.

Ebdane, a retired Philippine National Police chief, was present at the event.

“Mabuhay ka, PBGen. Peñones! Hangad namin ang inyong patuloy na magandang paglilingkod at serbisyo sa ating kapulisan at sa ating bayan na may dangal at galing,” the governor said.

Peñones also served as the provincial director of the Zambales Provincial Police Office from 2019 to 2021.
