
CLARK FREEPORT — The 2026 Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Central Luzon Chapter pageant held at the Widus Hotel here on June 25 set a milestone in its pageant history, being the first to achieve complete representation from all of its chapters in a showcase of unity, inclusivity, elegance, and a shared commitment to excellence.
Every chapter was proudly represented, making this edition the most comprehensive and diverse in the organization’s annals. Beyond a celebration of beauty and talent, the pageant, likewise a first in history, served as a platform for meaningful advocacy.
Each candidate carried a personal cause that reflected the values of compassion, leadership, and social responsibility. From animal welfare, youth empowerment, physical health awareness, and community development, the candidates demonstrated that true beauty is defined by purpose and the desire to create positive change.

This historic achievement highlights the organization’s dedication to providing equal opportunities for every chapter while inspiring participants to become ambassadors of service and positive influence. By bringing together a complete roster of candidates, the pageant strengthened the bond among its chapters and celebrated the unique stories, cultures, and advocacies that each representative brings
Declared winners were Mr. IBP Pangasinan and Ms. IBP Pampanga as Mr. and Ms. IBP Central Luzon 2026.
Mr. IBP Pangasinan Atty. Gabriel E. Macaraeg, who is also an elected municipal councilor of Lingayen, Pangasinan, championed community legal assistance and public service.

Ms. IBP Pampanga Atty. Maria Roldeliza G. Laus, a public attorney assigned at the City of San Fernando Pampanga District Office for over 11 years, is a part-time professorial lecturer at the Pampanga State University School of Law. Her advocacy is to render legal assistance to the vulnerable persons deprived of liberty such as minors, seniors, and PWDs. She also won the Best in Long Gown.
Declared 1st Runners-up were Mr. IBP Pampanga and Ms. IBP Pangasinan, while Mr. IBP Bulacan and Ms. IBP Tarlac won 2nd Runners-up honors. Punto News Team
