Kaganapan 2026 trade fair kicks off! Mayor Caluag cites importance of empowering San Fernando City’s MSMEs

San Fernando City Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag has expressed support for the Kaganapan 2026 trade fair, which showcases the best local products, enterprises, and agri-based innovations.

The trade fair, organized by the City Tourism and Investment Promotions Office (CTIPO), opened on February 26 and runs until March 1 at WalterMart San Fernando.

Caluag underscored the importance of empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and expanding market opportunities for local producers.

The City Information Office (CIO) said the activity highlights the city’s commitment to strengthening local enterprises through strong collaboration with partner agencies, including the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Pampanga and the Department of Agriculture.

“The event also serves as a platform for business development, market expansion, and investment promotion for homegrown brands,” the CIO said.
