Lazatin admin extends holiday cash gifts to vulnerable sector in Angeles City

The Angeles City government led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has provided holiday cash gifts to the vulnerable communities in the city.

A total of P15,000 or P5,000 each was given to the Home for the Girls, Bahay Pagasa, and Bale Puso on Tuesday, December 3.

This is to ensure that the centers have ample resources for their noche buena and media noche celebrations, the City Information Office (CIO) said.

Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel personally delivered the holiday gifts to retired City Social Welfare and Development Officer Edna Duaso.

Currently, 32 children are housed at the Home for the Girls, 12 at Bahay Pagasa, and three elderly individuals at Bale Pusu.

The Lazatin administration ensures that even the most vulnerable experience the warmth and joy of the holiday season, the CIO said.
