San Fernando City Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag has joined Kapampangan Senator Lito Lapid in assisting the residents affected by habagat.
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) family food packs were given to Mansgold Village in Sta. Lucia on Friday, September 4.
The City Information Office (CIO) said the Fernandinos warmly welcomed the senator.
They also thanked him for spending time with them and for his service to the province before becoming a senator, it said.
In the conversation with Lapid, the CIO said Caluag promised to convey to the senator whatever assistance her constituents need.
