Mayor Crisostomo Garbo of Mabalacat City, Pampanga has lauded a private company’s cold storage expansion project as it could provide more job opportunities for his constituents.
Garbo graced the groundbreaking ceremony for the RMM Cold Storage Corporation’s project at Barangay Sapang on Monday, November 11.
“This expansion is not just about RMM Cold Storage; it reflects the trust that investors have in our administration. We are dedicated to creating an environment where businesses can thrive, which in turn generates employment and livelihood opportunities for our kabalens,” the mayor said.
He said the expansion signifies a robust partnership between the local government and the business sector.
“As more investors choose to establish their operations here, it’s a clear indication that they believe in the potential of Mabalacat City. We are committed to ensuring that our policies support sustainable growth and development,” Garbo added.
Also present at the event were the barangay officials, business partners, and community members.
