Mayor Lazatin orders Angeles City cops to immediately resolve nail artist killing

Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II has ordered the police to bring to justice the perpetrator in the murder of a worker in a wellness establishment in the city.

The new chief executive condemned the killing of Chinnie Mae Tiglao of Lash and Nail and a resident of Barangay Lourdes Sur East.

He asked the Angeles City Police Office, under the leadership of the city director PCol. Joselito Villarosa Jr., to conduct a thorough and expeditious investigation into the killing.

“I have instructed our local police to leave no stone unturned in their investigation of this case,” Lazatin said.

“I urge anyone with pertinent information to come forward and assist our law enforcement agencies in their ongoing investigation.”

Quoting Villarosa, the City Information Office (CIO) said the police are now actively working to gather evidence, identify suspect, and ensure that justice is served promptly.

“The city remains dedicated to maintaining peace and safety for all Angeleños. I call on our kabalens to also cooperate and support efforts to solve this tragic incident,” Lazatin said.
