Ms Photogenic, Top 10 in Mutya Ning Kapampangan! Mayor Lazatin proud of Angeles City’s Genica Cruz

Angeles City government led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has congratulated Genica Cruz, the city’s official candidate in this year’s Mutya Ning Kapampangan.

Cruz was chosen as Miss Photogenic and reached the Top 10.

“Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. expressed his pride in Genica’s outstanding performance, acknowledging her hard work and dedication,” the City Information Office (CIO).

“Congratulations, Genica, for representing Angeles City with grace and beauty! You made us proud!” it added.

The Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2024 coronation night was held on Tuesday, December 10.

Natalya Margaret Lindsay from Mabalacat City was crowned Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2024.
