Nepo Center Scores Major Business Win as BPOSeats Signs With JDN Reality Group

JDN Realty has welcomed BPOSeats, under Reinventing Call Center Operations, Inc., as its newest office tenant, sealing a Memorandum of Agreement for a 4,210-square-meter operational expansion on the 7th floor of eNtec 1, Nepo Center.

The expansion strengthens Nepo Center’s growing business community, positioning eNtec as a destination for companies scaling their operations in Pampanga. As BPOSeats prepares to launch operations soon, the deal opens new doors for jobseekers across Angeles City and its surrounding areas, a ripple of opportunity that extends well beyond the signing table.

“Nepo Center has always been more than a commercial address,” said Aaron Jeffrey Montenegro, JDN Realty Group President and CEO. “When you decided to establish your newest office location here at eNtec, you chose to be part of a business community that continues to grow and raise the standard for what Angeles City can offer.”
Behind the signing was a story of its own Maribel Ronquillo, JDN Realty Group AVP for Administration, who steered much of the discussions that brought the partnership together, recalled moments when the deal seemed uncertain, tested by the kind of friction that often comes before something worthwhile takes shape. What carried both sides through, she said, was persistence, and the belief that a signed agreement was never meant to be the finish line, only the beginning of something built to last.

For Amanda Aworuwa, President and CEO of BPOSeats, the moment carried its own quiet significance. Having worked with some of the country’s largest landlords throughout the company’s growth, she found something different in the hospitality JDN extended from the very first conversation, a warmth she described as a signal of the success still ahead for the partnership.

That warmth speaks to something JDN has quietly built its name on for years: that hospitality and genuine care extend not only to the communities it serves, but to every partner who becomes part of the JDN family. It is a value the company carries into every relationship it builds, from tenants to partners like BPOSeats.

The partnership marks another milestone in JDN’s continued growth as a destination for business expansion, reinforcing Nepo Center’s identity as an ecosystem where retail, lifestyle, and office spaces converge to support the community it serves.
