P20/kilo of rice sold in Apalit – PIO

The Pampanga government has sold 10,000 kilos of rice for P20 per kilo in Apalit town.

The Provincial Information Office (PIO) said the selling of P20 per kilo of rice was part of the rice program under the “Kadiwa ng Pangulo.”

Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Deennis “Delta’ Pineda have been supporting the program, the PIO said.

“Sa pangunguna ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Pampanga, katuwang ang Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Provincial Treasurer’s Office, Pampanga PESO (Public Employment Service Office), at GSO (General Services Office), nasa 10,000 kilos ng bigas ang naibenta sa mga mamamayan ng Apalit,” it said.
