The Pampanga government has conducted a coordination meeting with various government agencies for the safe and orderly holding of the Lubao Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival.
Present in the recent meeting were representatives from the provincial government, the local government of Lubao, and the festival’s organizers.
“Layunin ng koordinasyong ito na masiguro ang kaligtasan ng lahat at maging matagumpay ang isa sa mga inaabangang kaganapan sa lalawigan,” the Provincial Information Office (PIO) said.
The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Provincial Health Office, Provincial General Services Office, Bureau of Fire Protection, Pampanga Provincial Police Office, and the local government are tasked of ensuring security, traffic management, and health protocols for the thousands of expected visitors.
The festival is set on March 7-8 at Pradera Verde in Lubao.
