Pampanga gov’t okays construction of banca port in Samuan barangay – Gov Pineda

A port for the bancas will soon be constructed in Barangay Batang 2nd in Sasmuan town, Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda said.

“Approve ne pu ing bayung daungan kening Brgy. Batang 2nd,” the Provincial Information Office (PIO) said quoting Pineda.

The mayor announced this during the “Barangay Program” for the residents of Barangays Batang 1st and Batang 2nd on Saturday, February 22.

The PIO said the construction of a port for the boats would be a big help to the residents’ livelihood.

Meanwhile, the provincial government also distributed food packs, hotdogs, chickens, and cash assistance to 1,131 residents of the two barangays.

Some local government officials were also present at the event.
