Lazatin joined the TTKD opening parade, walking along the streets of Balibago stretch with Pampanga 1st District Rep. Aside from the proceeds from TTKD, the city government launched a relief operation for the Bicol region, “Tulong Angeleño para sa mga Bikolanos”.
