PRO3 deploys over 2K personnel to support ‘Trillion Peso March Rally’ on Nov 30

CAMP OLIVAS — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) is deploying 2,133 personnel to assist the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) in securing the “Trillion Peso March 2.0” on November 30, 2025.

The deployment boosts NCRPO’s crowd control, border security, and rapid-response operations.

Of the total, 2,000 personnel make up the Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) contingent, while 133 personnel are designated for direct augmentation to NCRPO. To reinforce operations if needed, PRO3 has also placed 1,139 standby personnel on alert status.

PRO3 earlier conducted a Civil Disturbance Management Simulation Exercise to enhance tactical readiness and command coordination for large-scale deployment operations.

Regional Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. assured full support to the national security effort, stating, “PRO3 is fully committed to supporting NCRPO to ensure that the November 30 activity remains peaceful, orderly, and safe for everyone. Our personnel are ready and have undergone the necessary preparations, including CDM simulation exercises, to respond professionally and effectively.

“We remind our troops to observe maximum tolerance, respect the rights of all demonstrators, and stay guided by the standards of our service. Our role is clear—to help maintain peace and order and safeguard the community. PRO3 fully supports this deployment in line with the PNP Focused Agenda and our commitment to Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism,” the top cop of Central Luzon added.

PRO3 affirmed its readiness to work closely with NCRPO to uphold safety, order, and the rights of all participants throughout the event.
