Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II has congratulated the City College of Angeles (CCA) for receiving an award in web design and management.

The CCA ranked first in the 2025 Association of Local Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (ALCUCOA) Best Website Design and Management Awards.

The City Information Office (CIO) said the mayor, with the local government, hailed the institution for raising the city’s digital standards.

“The award recognizes a platform that prioritizes accessibility, transparency, and exceptional user experience, reflecting the institution’s commitment to innovation and service,” it said.

“With this achievement, Angeles City proves once more that its people are Magaling Ya Ing Angeleño – innovative, dedicated, and always striving for excellence,” the CIO added.
