
AGX Group, a global freight forwarding and logistics company with offices in Clark Freeport, now serves as partner of VietJet Air for routing of aircraft parts in the airline fleet across its destinations.
Max Gulmayo, Chief Commercial Officer of AGX Group, said that the company will handle deliveries of the aircraft parts for the airline wherever they may be needed.
“We handle the aerospace logistics of Vietjet Airlines as some aircraft undergo routine maintenance and service checks. It primarily involves on-time routing of aircraft parts needed in their day to day operations,” Gulmayo said in a message to PNN.
The service areas include MRO facilities of VietJet. These include Indonesia Germany France , Spain China , Singapore , Malaysia Thailand , Vietnam , USA , and Lao Vietniene.
The AGX Group has presence in China, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
In the Philippines, it is headquartered in Clark Freeport, Pampanga. Aside from Metro Manila, it has warehouses and offices in major cities like Cebu, Davao, Baguio, Subic and Cavite.
VietJet Air is a Hanoi-based Vietnamese low-cost airline. It was the first privately owned airline to be established in Vietnam.
Vietjet has the most extensive and domestic flight network in Vietnam, connecting 18 provinces and cities across the country.
International routes include Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Myanmar, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, China and Australia.
